TEAM

Thanks to our generous title sponsor, Midnight Sun Energy, we will be custom printing a limited number of athletic running shirts for this event. Unfortunately, due to timing and the need to custom order the correct sizes, these will not be ready on race day, but we will follow up after the event. We only have limited quantity, so fulfillment will be based on the registration order of participants. In the future, our aim is to offer more custom Multisport apparel for all our participants.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COURSES FOR EACH DISTANCE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE RUTH INCH POOL

The 2024 Midnight Sun Triathlon will be held on Sunday July 7th and includes both a Try-a-Tri and Sprint distances for adults.

COURSE MAPS

Swim

Serpentine pattern: We will start at the far end of the pool (bottom right corner of this photo).

Participants will have a staggered start, and enter the pool, swimming down the lane on the right. Turn around and swim back along the same lane (staying on your right). When you get back to the same end of the pool as you started, you will swim under the buoy line and go down the right side of the next lane. Then repeat, swimming back, going under and so on and so forth. When you reach the last buoy lane, you will exit the pool and walk back to the starting lane and re-enter.  If you need to pass a swimmer, go left around them, but beware of oncoming swimmers coming back down the lane.

PLEASE NOTE COURSES MAY CHANGE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.
