Dillon Duathlon

Time to tune up the bike, the Dillon Duathlon is coming up! As always, the event will be at Fred Henne Park. Individual participants and teams of 2 and 3 people welcome. Sign in starts at 9:00 am in the Fred Henne Park parking lot. The race starts at 10:00 am. Sorry, no paper or race day registrations! Registration is through Zone 4 at https://zone4.ca/onlinereg.asp?id=4876
Open distance is 5 km run, 20 km bike, 5 km run
Recreational distance is 3 km run, 10 km bike, 3 km run
